Youth in Civil Europe conference
Southern Great Plains Regional Social Scientific Research Association - in cooperation with the Romanian Free Minds Association and the Serbian Panonija Charity Association - organised a conference titled Youth in Civil Europe between Septeber 6-9, 2007.
With the help of Hungarian, Romanian and Serbian lecturers and trainers, participants of the conference got an insight into the situation of the civil sectors of the mentioned countries, and learned about the operation of European civil organisations as well as about the national and EU policies for strengthening international partnerships.
The conference enabled the college and university students and young experts from Hungary, Romania, and Serbia to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills about the significance of modern European civil behaviour, the operation of non-profit organisations, strategic planning, the role of marketing and communication in the civil sector and successful non-profit management.
